Centre of Light–Winter Update
Dear friends and family of the Fire,
After much energy, inspiration and devotion, Centre of Light is nearly
75% completed and we look forward to inviting you to our projected
grand opening in 2023!
We are so grateful for those people near and far who have supported
us through our campaigns with donations, loans, and volunteer work on the building—and for all those who have always encouraged us over the years.
We have come so far on the wings of faith, unity, and the vision
that Shree Vasant gave to us. The Centre of Light is part of His
legacy. It is located at Bhrugu Aranya, Poland, one of the three Points of Light designated by Shree Vasant. We see it as a sanctuary and a hub for generations to come.
The strength of Satsang and Agnihotris coming together is an enriching, often life-changing experience.
Centre of Light will provide a place for past, present, and future
generations of Light Workers to gather in service to our planet and to
each other.
The ecological, holistic healing Centre of Light is here for all of us. It
will be a great step forward for Agnihotra and Homa Therapy
worldwide!
This space is ideal for innovative, creative, universal workshop
leaders, healers, teachers, visionaries, and pioneers to collaborate
with our new venue—Centre of Light.

Worldwide Om Tryambakam Homa Event
Ed.
A continuous worldwide Om Tryambakam Homa event was held from sunrise on December 21st to sunset on December 31st, 2022. The program was organized by Homa Therapy teachers Abel Hernandez and Aleta Macan, with people all over the world signing up to perform shifts of Om Tryambakam Homa in their respective locations during those days. The theme was, “Let there be Light”–a much-needed focal point in these tumultuous times.
People from South America, Central America, North America, Australia, South Africa, India, Mauritius, Malaysia, Ukraine, Latvia and other European countries participated.
Abel and Aleta write:
Dear Agnihotra Family,
How wonderful is the result when we UNITE to combine our FORCES with the purpose of, “LET THERE BE LIGHT”– Light in our hearts, our minds, our actions, our homes, in nature, in the atmosphere that connects us all, all around the planet.
Gratitude, Gratitude and more Gratitude for having been part of this luminous transformation. In 2023, let us continue to illuminate ourselves internally and our surroundings with each Sacred Homa Fire. We already know that every change begins within ourselves. And what a great tool we have been given to heal and to serve!
Infinite love and blessings to all. OM SHREE!
Aleta & Abel and the Homa coordinators worldwide
Satsang would like to thank all the organizers and participants in this global event for helping to spread the healing energies of Homa Fires.
[Agnihotra establishes the basic healing cycle. The other Vedic Homas we teach, such as Om Tryambakam and Vyahruti Homa, strengthen that cycle. Any person who has been doing Agnihotra consistently for at least two weeks, with the intention of continuing to perform it, is eligible to learn Om Tryambakam Homa and Vyahruti Homa. -Ed.]
Fivefold Path Mission Outreach
As part of Fivefold Path Mission’s ongoing outreach, Sarvajit Paranjpe (grandson of Shree Vasant Paranjpe), accompanied by his wife Asmita, visited Narmadalay Ashram, village – Lepa, Madhya Pradesh and demonstrated Agnihotra. Narmadalay runs a school for village children under the guidance of Pravajika Vishuddhananda.
Experiences with Homa Therapy
Mary Elizabeth Coronel Nieto
Cuenca, Ecuador, South America
I’m 48 years old. I started on a Sunday with Homa Therapy, which was the last day of the International Holistic Fair “LUZ” (LIGHT).
I went there with emotional problems and I stayed for the massive Agnihotra practice with Meditation. And I saw an immediate result with my daughter’s problem. She had been in a toxic relationship, without being able to end it, but already the next day, she reacted very positively and told me that she is no longer interested in staying with her partner; she quit!
I had suffered from chronic diarrhea for years, all the time, every day. Due to this problem, I had low energy, I had many inconveniences, and my mood, from being in a bathroom all the time, was quite irritable. I had a stomach problem which the doctors have not been able to cure. There has been no medication, no chemicals, etc. and I even had brought pills from abroad and had tried everything, but nothing had worked for me. I had years with this problem.
In the second Agnihotra session, I also started consuming Agnihotra ash and found an incredible improvement in my health. It solved my problem in a moment. My diarrhea stopped once and forever! I said, “WOW!” That happened on the third day of taking Agnihotra ash. I am now much more animated; I am happier.
Also, my husband suffered from a chronic rhinitis problem for 8 years. He had taken many pills, but this rhinitis always came back. However, after taking Agnihotra ash for 3 days, the rhinitis disappeared.
I have also had the problem of arthritis now for some time and with the mostly cold weather we are going through, my hands and joints hurt a lot. Now that I am taking the Agnihotra ash, I have no more pain.
Also, my body temperature has improved a lot. I was always very cold, but now I’m fine.
I also have had a problem in my left kidney, it was blocked by a stone. In the mornings, I was urinating foam. The doctors told me that I was on my way to a kidney failure. But in these three days of taking the Agnihotra ash, I no longer urinate foam, and my kidney pain has disappeared.
Really, I feel incredible; my appearance and my state of mind have changed a lot. I feel renewed and very positive. I have been able to manage the problems that I have had, and this gives me a lot of spiritual peace.
Her husband Fredy confirms:
I am a witness that everything my wife says is true. It was I who insisted that we go to the Holistic Fair.
I had discomfort from three hernias, one in each groin and one umbilical. When I would walk for about 10 minutes, the pain would start. But yesterday I forced myself while walking and picking up things and I said to my wife, “I don’t feel any pain.”
We have a lot of faith in Homa Therapy. It has changed our lives.

Experiences with Papaya
I am 61 years old. I came twice to the Guayaquil Homa Center and the lady who attended me, gave me two little bags of Agnihotra ash. I had planted 13 hectares of papaya. But when the rain came and it took 12 hectares away with a flood and I was left with less than 1 hectare.
In this one hectare, as they say “accidentally,” I applied these 2 bags of Agnihotra ash to about 10 papaya plants, which were dying. Then I instructed the boy who takes care of the farm not to apply any herbicide, insecticide, nematicide, fungicide, or fertilizer, to leave them only with Agnihotra ash.
It turns out that these papaya plants, which were dying, reacted very well and I can tell you that these 10 papaya plants are in good condition. And this with a single application of Agnihotra ash!
Now I have come back to the Homa Center because I want more Agnihotra ash for my crops. After this experience, I have planted more or less 2,000 papaya seedlings in the middle of this plantation. I will have to learn more about this therapy of the healing fires. And my employee asks me already, “When do we apply Homa Therapy to these plants?”
From Shree Vasant’s Teachings
Three Affirmations
To start with, we must make certain decisions which we will implement in our lives. By doing this, the will is strengthened and the path is made easier. To prevent our search from degenerating into mere intellectualization we start with certain concrete decisions and actions. They are:
1. I will not find fault with others.
If you get into the habit of finding fault with others, you also get in the habit of making someone a scapegoat for your own shortcomings.
There is a possibility that the person with whom you find fault is not at fault.
If you go on brooding over his faults or your own lapses then you create channels in your own mind which bear the imprint of that dirty thing. It is like bringing someone else’s trash can into your living room and spreading it all over the floor. It is the same thing when you find fault with someone and brood over it. Think, “Do I not have these faults myself? Maybe I have them in larger measure. At least I have them in some measure.”
If you think that by finding fault with him you will improve him, most likely you are wrong. The dictum is, “Develop yourself first. Then you can think of improving the world.” When a mother, with all love, chides her child or a teacher chides his pupil, it is not fault finding. It is a method of teaching.
Always remember, “I have enough trash of my own. I do not want to bring the other person’s trash and spread it in my living room.”
2. I will always act up to my power of discrimination.
The power of discrimination is the power to discriminate between right and wrong.
This power of discrimination is granted to each and every one of us on the day we are born in the human frame. It is not dependent on culture or education. Culture and education can only make it finer and more refined, but that power of discrimination is always there. It is this power which differentiates man from all other animal species. Animals go by instinct; man goes beyond instinct by intelligence. Therefore, the supreme aim of human endeavor is Self realization–to find out, “Who am I?” A famous philosopher said, “Man, know thyself.” This is Swadhyaya, Self study. Animals can never come up to man in this regard. Some animals are able to count, to do simple arithmetic, but this is the limit to which an animal can go. Animals have no power of discrimination to discern right from wrong. This power of discrimination allows man to go beyond intelligence and shows the direction of his evolution. If man accentuates his efforts in this direction, it will land him into bliss. We have the power to escalate evolution and to do so we must go through all this.
Very simply, to follow my power of discrimination means that whatever judgment is pronounced by my power of discrimination will be carried out in my actions. If my power of discrimination says that it is wrong to do a certain action, I will not do it, regardless of my desire to do it. I may feel that I am put to a loss but ultimately, by not acting up to this power of discrimination I will suffer the consequences of my wrong action one way or another, So, in fact, I am saving my own time and trouble by always doing what I know is right.
If my power of discrimination tells me not to indulge in lust and greed then I will follow this judgment. This is the basis, the key, for any spiritual discipline. Only when I lay stress on this do I start treading the spiritual path. This is so because intellect and action act and react. If I commit a wrong action my power of discrimination is weakened, my judgment is likely to be faulty, and that will again lead to wrong action. The power of discrimination is an aspect of intellect and that is how intellect and action act and react.
If you stick to the decision given by your power of discrimination you always perform right action. And by performing right action your power of discrimination is strengthened. The process is reversed and from a vicious circle you move to a virtuous circle. You set in motion a circle conducive to right action.
What is this vicious circle? It starts with the attitudes of the mind. For example, I have a desire. Desire is the substratum which is always feeding the attitudes of the mind. That desire gives rise to certain attitudes of the mind. If at that moment the power of discrimination tells me it is wrong to do that act, I should check it then and there. If I do not check it, that attitude becomes a propensity. That means it gains force. When an attitude becomes a propensity it is more difficult to check. So, an attitude becomes a propensity if unchecked. At least, at this moment I should use my power of discrimination and halt. If I do not do that, it starts troubling my intellect. That is, a signal goes to my intellect which tells the intellect to find means for gratification of my desire. That is how the intellect is dictated to by that propensity. And intellect will always find ways and means to get things done, if not by the right way, by devious methods. Somehow the gratification of the desire is obtained, thus weakening the power of discrimination. Then judgment becomes faulty.
But, if I check my action at the right time, it is a virtuous action and again, my power of discrimination is strengthened. This is the difference between the vicious circle and the virtuous circle. Thus we see how this is the basis of all endeavor.
We are constantly forced to perform either physical or mental action. By using the power of discrimination, proper judgment is pronounced and I do not involve myself in any further bad Karma. The process of putting an iron chain on my feet is stopped. The evil effect of Karma, which one day I will have to reap, is stopped because I am doing the right thing. The Law of Karm, the law of, “Reap as you sow,” is inviolable.
But again, this is not enough. Even if you go on doing only good actions, that alone is not enough to help you. This is a ticklish point. Even though you are doing good actions, you reap what you sow. That means you will have to reap the good results of your meritorious actions. In the last case it was an iron chain. These good deeds may land you in paradise but they will not bring you into the Kingdom of Heaven that is within you. This is the difference. When the good Karmic account is exhausted you have to start the journey again in human birth. So why not do it now? Therefore, the answer, “You have to do the action without clinging to the fruit thereof.”
Since you are unable to judge the value of your actions and therefore, cannot see the resultant Karma, it is best to think only of the action itself and not the fruit of the action. Thus, if you do not cling to the results of your Karma there is nothing binding on you. This is how we transcend the law of Karma. This is why it is said, “Do everything for the Lord. Everything for the Master.” As Jesus said, “Not my will, but THY will b done.” –Luke 22:42
3. I will give one-pointed attention all the time.
If I am going to the bathroom or buying vegetables in the supermarket, is it necessary to give the same one-pointed attention as I do at work or when I am in class? Will it put me to more strain and effort?
“Efficiency in action is Yoga.” All of you are performing Agnihotra regularly, and for a short while or a long while you try to concentrate every day. What do you do when you concentrate? You train your mind to go into the habit of one-pointedness. Now, any time during the rest of the day, when your mind is not one-pointed, it is going in exactly the opposite direction. Therefore, you undo the effect of concentration. Whether the work is small or big with every event a unit of time is consumed. That means a chunk of your life is bitten off. Do you want this to be spent efficiently or wasted? With one-pointed attention you are more likely to bring efficiency. Therefore, you should be one-pointed. You might feel there is strain but in a short while you will notice that the strain is gone and you become naturally one-pointed in all of your activities.
Fivefold Path for Happy Living
1. Yajnya
HOMA Therapy is the science of purification of the atmosphere through the agency of FIRE. AGNIHOTRA HOMA (YAJNYA) is the basic HOMA. It is tuned to the biorhythm of sunrise/sunset and gives nutrients to the plant kingdom, removes diseases in a certain area and removes tension on the mind. This is the basic process in the Vedic sciences of medicine, agriculture, climate engineering and interplanetary communication.
2. Daan
Sharing of your assets in a spirit of humility. This corrects imbalance in financial matters and creates non-attachment to worldly possessions.
3. Tapa
Self-discipline of body and mind. This is conducive to a change in attitudes of mind and body. It results in a harmonious state of mind.
4. Karma
“You reap as you sow.” Always practicing good Karma (actions) diminishes the burden of negative Karma and one begins to invest in his own future. This means that what you do today will bring its fruits. Sowing seeds of love and kindness will bless my garden with plenty of love. Do Karma for self-purification.
5. Swadhyaya
Practice Swadhyaya (Self-study) for liberation. Who am I? Why am I here? My work on this planet is to learn to react with total LOVE with each opportunity given to me.
This is the Fivefold Path for happy living on the planet. By practicing the Fivefold Path you become better members of your society, group, religion, community, etc.
